Aids Charity Dinner at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel, Cape Town

The Cellars-Hohenort and Ardmore Ceramic Art will be hosting an exclusive gourmet dinner in aid of CrossRoads, Aids Awareness and Prevention in KwaZulu-Natal, one of the worst hit area in the world today.

This stylish evening will highlight a 6 course tasting menu with wines exclusively from the Constantia Valley. Each course will represent one of the 6 restaurants within The Collection by Liz McGrath (The Cellars-Hohenort, The Marine and The Plettenberg) with each head chef cooking a signature dish from their respective restaurants.  Each dish will then be matched by one of the wines from The Valley.

There will be numerous exciting lots up for auction including a unique piece of Ardmore Ceramics, weekends away, exclusive wine tastings and a host of other exciting prizes.  Peter Tempelhoff, Executive Chef for the Collection by Liz McGrath, will also put himself on auction and the winning bidder will have Peter come into their home and kitchen and cook a meal for them and some guests.
