Skills Development
The Excellence Fund provides educational programming to increase opportunities forartistic training, business skills education, and leadership development.
Business Skills Workshops:
	In response to artist feedback, the Fund will sponsor annual workshop series in budgeting, marketing, and Ardmore internal operations so that the artists feel more invested in the enterprise and better prepared to budget their wages.

Educational Partnerships:
	After the workshops have laid the groundwork of business education, the Fund will engage in partnerships with other organizations to further develop the artists’ business and leadership skills. Namely, Ardmore is in the process of coordinating long-term partnerships with the Summerhill School of Excellence, which offers more extensive business training, and the Caversham CreACTive Centre for leadership development.
